John Gendron is the owner of Gendron Commercial Brokers in Portland, Maine, a company which specializes in the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial properties from New York City to Bangor, Maine. During the past 30 years, his company has been involved in the development of numerous properties, including site selection and construction, which have been leased to CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid. He has also been a preferred developer for two of these companies, has a deep understanding of the drug store business, and maintains strong contacts within the industry. As a result, he is able to determine the level of sales of a particular store based upon selected parameters in order to determine which stores should be considered for purchase.
